Around Christmas time, some people eat to their heart’s content keeping their weight in check while others indulge themselves to that extra helping of cake and cookies without care to gaining some pounds or an intake of empty calories.
Some people just can’t resist and others brush it off saying, “tis the season to be jolly“, so they eat to their hearts content and begin the new year overweight with extra pounds in the waist and wherever.
